Cerchi di grano

We decided to create a versatile snack that could substitute crisps during an aperitivo or breadsticks during a meal, with a light, crunchy taste. Cerchi di Grano are only baked in the oven, not fried, and contain no preservatives, just flour (Italian grown), water, sunflower oil, salt and yeast.
